An AI provider failed to handle the request.

What it means

The request was valid, but the provider it was routed to returned an error, timed out or could not be reached, or rejected the credential Tavrik uses for it.

What to do

Retry after a short wait. If it persists, give your operator the request_id so they can check the provider and its credential.
