These terms apply to your use of tavrik.ai and docs.tavrik.ai (the "websites"), operated by Tavrik Pty Ltd (ABN 35 700 515 457), trading as Tavrik AI ("Tavrik", "we", "us"). By using the websites you agree to these terms.

These terms cover the websites, not the product

Use of the Tavrik product, including any pilot, trial or demonstration environment, is governed by a separate written agreement between Tavrik and your organisation. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

Information on the websites

The websites describe the Tavrik product and how it works. We aim to keep that information accurate and current, but it is general information about the product, not advice, and it is not an offer or a commitment to supply any particular feature, configuration or result. What is supplied to a customer is set out in that customer's agreement.

Features described as roadmap are not yet available and may change or not be released.

Intellectual property

The content of the websites, including text, documentation, diagrams, images and the Tavrik name and marks, belongs to Tavrik or its licensors. You may view it, print it and share links to it for evaluating Tavrik and for your own internal purposes. You may not copy, republish or modify it for any other purpose without our written permission. Third-party open-source components are listed, with their licences, on the third-party notices page.

Acceptable use

Please do not use the websites in a way that interferes with their operation or security, attempts to gain unauthorised access to any system, or sends unlawful or harmful content through the contact form. Do not include health information or other sensitive information about any person in a message to us.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please tell us at hello@tavrik.ai rather than testing it further.

Links

The websites may link to sites run by others. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to that, the websites are provided as they are, and to the extent the law allows we exclude all warranties about them and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the websites or their content. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the relevant information again.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the websites after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
