Authentication credentials are missing or invalid.

What it means

The request carried no API key, or a key that does not belong to any tenant. Both cases return this same response on purpose, so the response cannot be used to find out whether a key exists.

What to do

Check that the request sends the API key your operator issued, and that the key has not been revoked. Ask your operator for a new key if it has.
