The request was denied by the tenant's policy.

What it means

The tenant's policy evaluated the request and did not allow it. This is the general refusal; a more specific code is used when the policy gives one, such as residency_violation or cost_ceiling_exceeded.

What to do

Ask your operator which policy rule applied to the request, quoting its request_id.
