HTTP 409 · Policy Version Deleted

The policy version is deleted and cannot be activated.

What it means

Deleted policy versions are kept so that past decisions can still be traced to the policy that made them, but they cannot be made active again.

To restore a deleted version, create a new version with the same source and activate that.
