The tenant has used its configured daily cost budget.

What it means

The tenant's policy sets a ceiling on daily spend with AI providers, and that ceiling has been reached. Requests are refused until the budget resets or an operator raises it.

What to do

Ask your operator whether the ceiling should be raised. Retrying will not succeed until one of those happens.
