The tenant requires its own provider key, and none is configured.

What it means

The tenant's policy says requests to this provider must use the tenant's own key (bring your own key), and no active key is configured. Tavrik does not fall back to a shared key.

What to do

Ask your operator to upload the tenant's key for this provider. Requests succeed once it is active.
